Reviews Policy
At Spiritual Blossom, we value our customers' opinions and experiences, which is why we have a reviewing system to allow them to share their feedback with others. We understand that sometimes customers may not be entirely satisfied with their reading, and we encourage them to provide honest feedback. However, to ensure the integrity of our reviewing system, we have established certain guidelines and policies that must be followed.
Our policy on reviews is as follows:
- Each customer is allowed to leave more than one review per advisor.
- Reviews must be constructive and informative. Any review containing abusive language or expletives will not be published. Comments such as "rubbish," "fake," or "useless" are considered abusive and will not be approved. We encourage customers to provide a detailed explanation of their experience to help others make informed decisions.
- Reviews that do not provide specific details about the experience, such as "this was a bad reading," will not be published. Constructive feedback that provides specific details is more likely to be approved.
- Reviews that relate to technical issues or refund requests will not be published as they do not reflect the quality of the advisor's service.
- All reviews are subject to our discretion, and we reserve the right to not publish reviews that we consider to be unreasonable, unfair, or vindictive.
- Our advisors undergo a robust and lengthy interviewing process and are thoroughly assessed on their abilities. Therefore, we ask customers to keep this in mind before leaving a negative review. If an advisor does not meet a customer's expectation on one occasion, it does not mean that they are a "bad psychic." Sometimes, we don't always click with everyone we meet, and it is the same with psychic readings. If a customer received an answer from an advisor that was not what they wanted to hear, we trust that our advisors have used their integrity and answered from a place of honesty.
- All our reviews are genuine customer reviews and unaltered in any way.
- Customers may edit their review within 96 hours of publication as long as no new session has been made with the same advisor within that time frame. Only the last session review with a specific advisor may be edited.
