Psychic's house rules
General
1.1 Use of Services as a Psychic: Your utilization of the Services in your capacity as a Psychic is governed by the subsequent house regulations listed below.
1.2 Definition of Terms: All terms capitalized herein but not specifically defined shall bear the definitions ascribed to them in the overarching Terms.
House Rules
2.1 Immediate Consequences for Violation: Any breach of these regulations will promptly result in your removal from the Website, without any exceptions.
2.2 Prohibition of Self-Promotion: It is prohibited to advertise your personal business on the Website.
2.3 Restriction on User Solicitation: You are strictly prohibited from enticing Users away from our platform.
2.4 Communication Boundaries: Under no circumstances should you establish contact with Users beyond the confines of the Website. This prohibition extends to phone calls, emails, and social media interactions. This includes both soliciting their contact details and disseminating your own.
2.5 Exclusive Service Provision: Services may only be rendered under your personal profile. You must never allow any third party to perform Services on your behalf.
2.6 Pricing Integrity: Modifying your rates for Users with the aim of providing specialized services, such as curse removal or chakra cleansing, is not permitted. Such services must be offered at the standard per-minute rate.
2.7 Rate Consistency: It is impermissible to alter your rate between readings for Users who are likely to return shortly after recharging their accounts.
2.8 Rate Adjustment Limits: Your rate may be increased no more than once a month and not by more than 20% at a time.
2.9 Forbidden Topics: Discussions involving malevolent spirits, black magic, negative entities, spell casting, or curses are strictly prohibited. If a User initiates such a conversation, you must inform them of your inability to provide advice on these subjects.
2.10 Inappropriate Dialogue Prohibition: Engaging in explicit conversations of a sexual nature with Users is not allowed. Some Users may present indecent propositions or seek explicit discussions; in such cases, you must promptly terminate the conversation and report the incident to us.
2.11 Non-use of AI for Readings: You are prohibited from utilizing AI or any other automated word generation tools for conducting readings for Users.
2.12 Age Restrictions: Services must not be provided to Users who are visibly under 18 years old. If you suspect or are aware that a minor is using the Services, you must terminate the interaction immediately and report it to us.
2.13 Non-discrimination: All Psychics must demonstrate tolerance and refrain from discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, class, caste, religion, belief, gender, sexuality, language, or sexual orientation.
2.14 Responsiveness to Account Management: Timely responses to emails from your account manager are essential. Maintaining professionalism and effective communication is imperative.
2.15 Communication of Unavailability: If you are unable to fulfill your scheduled commitments, you must notify your account manager of your unavailability.
2.16 Professional Communication: Use of abusive language or rude communication with your account manager is unacceptable.
2.17 Limits on Predictive Readings: Predictions regarding death, accidents, disasters, serious medical conditions, and medical prognoses are prohibited. Health-related discussions are limited to chakras, reiki, and energy concepts.
2.18 Restriction on Medical Predictions: Medical diagnoses, including matters related to pregnancy, IVF, pregnancy health, and childbirth outcomes, are not permissible. If a User's safety is at risk, you must report it to the appropriate authorities.
2.19 Legal Outcome Predictions: Predictions about legal outcomes and legal matters are prohibited.
2.20 Mandate for Honesty: Truthfulness is paramount. Your profile photo must be current and accurately represent you.
2.21 Suicide Prevention Calls: Providing medical advise is prohibited on the Spiritual Blossom platform. Medical advice includes psychological advice as well. If you receive a call from someone in psychological distress, immediately notify the customer that you do not provide such guidance or advice. If the customer is in the US, instruct that customer to dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or 911 for local, immediate assistance. Any caller outside of the United States should call their local police for immediate assistance.
2.22 Refund Restraints: You are prohibited from proposing or endorsing refunds to Users. Refund decisions are not within your purview as an Advisor.
2.23 Review Neutrality: Users must be allowed to provide ratings as they see fit. You must not prompt or coerce Users into leaving a five-star review.
